*Globe:

It is a true model of the earth in miniature form.
It is not fixed. It can be rotated like a top spin or potter's wheel.
Countries, continents and oceans are shown in their correct size on the globe.
Types- 1. Big globe- not carried easily
             2. Small pocket globes
             3. Globe like balloons 
We need some reference points and lines to find location of places on globe.
