Position: TEAM LEAD - RETAIL SALES (3 Openings) (delhi)
  • Ensure a professional and sales-oriented work environment by monitoring employee performance and taking the necessary actions to motivate when required.
  • Supervising a team of around 20 - 25 telesales executives.
  • Must be well versed in all aspects of reporting, communications technology and terminology as well as organizational procedures.
  • Monitor performance by communicating feedback as a performance issue not personal issue.
  • Identifying and reviewing expected sales levels and quality goals.
  • Ensuring complaints/concerns are resolved or escalated in a timely manner.
  • Must act as an effective conduit between agents and other superiors.
Qualification:
  • Atleast 1.5 - 2 years of experience in team handling (preferably in an International Sales process)
  • Preferable age between 25 - 30 years.
  • Should be from Delhi/NCR (candidates from Gurgaon & Greater Noida need to relocate)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate, coach and inspire others
