Position: TELESALES EXECUTIVE (Multiple Openings)( Delhi)
- Informing clients to avail services for E-Learning solutions based on K-12 segment (Kinder Garten to Std. 12th)
- Making outbound calls.
- Not an On-field job
- Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of all the queries related to E-learning solutions.
- Meeting Business targets through effective convincing and selling skill
Qualification:
- Experience of atleast 3 months and over in similar profile is preferred. Freshers having excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent Communication and persuasive skills.
- Should be self-driven, confident and committed.
- Should be bold to handle mis-managed situations and immediate problem solver.
- Should be a very good planner & a good listener
